COMA Community Engagement Survey

Thank you for being part of COMA’s 2025 community engagement activities. We really appreciate your time completing this survey. It should take you between 5-15 minutes, depending on how much detail you wish to provide. 

This information will be used to help COMA respond to our community’s needs and priorities as we move into our next stage of operations after 20 years supporting creative original music in Adelaide.

All information will be kept confidential by the COMA committee. No information will be shared with other parties. 

If you are willing to be contacted to either provide more detail on your responses, or to be quoted in any strategic planning documents that we will develop following our engagement project, please provide your email where prompted at the end of the survey. You can opt to be de-identified at any stage. 

Providing your email address will also enable us to put you in the running for a year’s COMA membership. 3 names will be selected at random following the close of the survey. We will contact you via this email to provide your free membership.

The following questions are for AUDIENCE MEMBERS, and for ARTISTS WHO ATTEND AS AUDIENCE MEMBERS.
The following questions are for ARTISTS. If you are not an artist, please do not answer these questions, and please skip to section 5.

Please review the following COMA programs/activities. If you are aware of the program, please give it a rating between 1 to 5 based on its value to you as an artist, with 1 being the least valuable and 5 the most valuable. If you are NOT aware of the program, or you feel it is not relevant to you as an artist, please indicate this by leaving all boxes unchecked.
